Dr. Guy T. Kuster is a co-founder of Systar and has served as chairman and CEO since the inception of the company in 1984. Prior to founding Systar, Dr. Kuster was president and CEO of Ingenisco, a trading company based in Paris, and previously served as a research scientist with Schlumberger, the French Atomic Energy Commission and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He holds master's and doctorate degrees in earth and planetary sciences from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a doctorate in physics from the University of Paris. |

Co-Founder and Executive Vice President |
Michèle Flasaquier, co-founder and executive Vice President of Systar, is responsible for product strategy and identifying new market opportunities. Prior to founding Systar, she served as the information technology operations manager at SNCF, the French national railway company. Previously, Ms. Flasaquier was an engineer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Computer Center, and she holds a master's degree in mathematics from the University of Paris. |

As Chief Operating Officer of Systar and also President of Systar Inc., Bertrand Bouhour is responsible for all of Systar's activities worldwide. Mr. Bouhour joined Systar in 1989 and has held executive sales and marketing positions, including vice president of marketing and European operations at the company's headquarters in St. Cloud, France. Prior to joining Systar, Mr. Bouhour was co-founder of "Classe Affaires," an association dedicated to sponsoring and advancing the entrepreneurial spirit in Europe, and also served Dixilog as vice president of marketing. Mr. Bouhour holds an engineering degree from the Institut Supérieur d'Electronique de Paris and an MBA from ESSEC, a leading European business school. He also is a graduate of Stanford University's Executive Program. |

Executive Vice President EMEA Operations |
Philippe Guénault, Executive Vice President of EMEA and Asia Operations, is responsible for increasing Systar's reach in France and building the company's presence in key European markets, the Middle-East and Asia.
With teams in 4 different countries, he has the global responsibility of sales & marketing, presales, client services and support.
Philippe joined Systar in 1995 and has since held a series of senior management positions, successfully developing sales in France and in EMEA. Previously, he occupied high profile positions with the leading software and service company GSI. He is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure Libre de Sciences Commerciales Appliquées de Paris. |

Executive Vice President of North American Operations |
Laurent van Huffel, Systar's Executive Vice President of North American Operations, is responsible for Systar's business in the United States and Canada as well as the company's global strategic alliance program. Mr. van Huffel joined Systar in 1991 as sales director for the French office. He moved to the United States in 1995 to manage the company's US-based sales and alliance efforts. He is based in the company's US headquarters. Prior to joining Systar, Mr. van Huffel held sales and management positions in both the United States and Europe at McDonnell Douglas Information Systems, Dunn & Bradstreet Computing Services and Syseca. Mr. van Huffel holds a master's degree in computer science from Ecole Supérieure d'Informatique in Paris. Additionally, Mr. van Huffel served as a Conseiller du Commerce Exterieure de la France from 1997 to 1999. |

Daniel Stoll has the responsibility of the worldwide Product Management and Development. He entered the company in 2000 and after holding different managerial positions, manages today the whole PM&D team at the headquarters in Saint Cloud. Previously, Daniel Stoll held different positions at Compuware in the Sales organization and at Datox for development and delivery of global turn-key projects for newspapers industry. Daniel Stoll graduated from the Institut Supérieur d'Electronique de Paris (ISEP). |

Yves Lajouanie is responsible for worldwide product marketing. Since joining Systar in 1994, he has served in several management positions. Previously, Mr. Lajouanie held technical account management and project management positions within IBM France. Mr. Lajouanie holds a master's degree from the Ecole Supérieure d'Electricité of Paris, a leading European engineering school. |
